Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver Budget X-Ray to you.

What we collect

• Your name — to personalise the Report.
• Your diagnostic answers — to generate the Report. Answers are stored against your session so the Report can be regenerated if needed.
• Your email address — captured at payment via Square Checkout, used to deliver the Report and support resend requests.
• Payment details are processed by Square Inc. We do not see or store card details. We receive only the payment reference, amount, and the email address you used at checkout.

How we use it

We use the information solely to deliver Budget X-Ray, support requests for re-delivery of the Report, and to comply with our legal obligations (including tax record-keeping). We do not on-sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We retain the order record and the generated PDF for seven years for tax record-keeping purposes. Generated PDFs are stored in encrypted private storage and are accessible only via short-lived signed URLs.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing the address shown in the footer of your delivery email. Deletion requests are subject to the retention obligations above.
