If you don't believe the report delivered value, email us and we'll refund you. Simple.
How to request a refund
Reply to your delivery email with "refund request" in the subject line. Please include your Square order ID if you have it (visible in the Square receipt). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five business days. We don't require an explanation, but if you can share what fell short we'd like to know — it helps us improve.
Also refundable
- Payment failures and duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- If you paid but never received the report by email and we cannot deliver it after a reasonable redelivery attempt, you receive a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.
