Terms of use
By purchasing or using Budget X-Ray (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
The product
Budget X-Ray is a one-off, paid digital report. You complete a short diagnostic questionnaire and the Service generates a personalised PDF report (the "Report"). When the Report is ready, you can choose "Email Me My Report" and complete payment via Square Checkout. On successful payment, the Report is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. The Report contains general information only about the 2026-27 Federal Budget.
Not advice
The Report is not personal tax, financial, accounting or legal advice. It does not take into account your individual circumstances, objectives, or financial situation. Measures described in the Report are based on the Federal Budget handed down on 12 May 2026 and on commentary current at the date of generation. Those measures may change before they are legislated, in legislation, or in administrative interpretation. You should work with your accountant or qualified adviser before acting on the Report.
No warranty
The Service and the Report are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Report is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in relation to the Service is limited to the price you paid for it (A$49.95). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, lost opportunity, or lost data.
Single use
Each purchase entitles you to one personalised Report. You may re-download the generated PDF at any time within seven days of generation using the link in your delivery email or via the resend tool on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
